GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

The European Commission's web site on Reform of EU data protection rules.

The UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has produced a dedicated web site covering both the GDPR and the Law Enforcement Directive here.

The ICO has published an excellent PDF called "Preparing for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 12 steps to take now".

The ICO has published a "Getting ready for the GDPR" checklist, covering the aspects of Accountability and governance, Key areas to consider, Individuals' rights, Breach notification and Transfer of data.
